According to the latest reports, Liverpool will have competition for the signing of Wolves attacker Pedro Neto.
Neto, 23, has been in fantastic form for Gary O’Neil’s side this season, scoring once and providing eight assists in a tremendous comeback after a difficult season last year. The small winger has impressed with his pace, skill, direct approach, and quality when playing off the right side, and he plays in a position that top clubs will want to recruit in over the next few windows.
Both the Independent and Neil Jones reported on a Neto move to Liverpool, and now David Ornstein’s Q&A has provided an update on Neto’s future. “There is no expectation of him leaving Wolves in January,” he stated.
