This offseason, the New York Jets will alter their roster in a few ways.
Hunter Henry, the tight end for the New England Patriots, has the green and white as his favoured landing location, according to Brad Spielberger of Pro Football Focus.
Spielberger said, “It appears the New York Jets will let go of tight end C.J. Uzomah this offseason. Henry will be joining Tyler Conklin and Jeremy Ruckert in a one-for-one trade.” Aaron Rodgers will go a long way towards improving the New York Redskins’ dismal red-zone touchdown percentage from 2023, but he also gets a big-bodied target here for money downs.
PFF predicts that this offseason, Henry will get a $12.25 million, two-year contract through free agency. According to Over The Cap, he would rank No. 20 among the highest-paid tight ends in football with the $6.13 million yearly compensation.
