Bagnaia Talks Barcelona Test Success and New Partnership with Marc Márquez: “We’re on the Same Page, but No Advice to Him”
Francesco “Pecco” Bagnaia, reigning MotoGP World Champion, recently reflected on the successful Barcelona test and his budding partnership with Marc Márquez, who has joined the Ducati family after years of rivalry on the Honda. Barcelona Test: A Step Forward
The post-race test in Barcelona proved to be a fruitful session for Bagnaia and his Ducati team. Despite a challenging Catalan GP earlier this year, the reigning champion used the test as an opportunity to fine-tune his Desmosedici GP24. “We focused on small details that can make a big difference,” Bagnaia explained. “Barcelona is always a tricky circuit for us, but the adjustments we tested gave me confidence for the upcoming races.”
The Ducati rider tested new aerodynamic packages and fine-tuned the electronics, seeking an edge in the final stages of the season. “Every test is crucial, but this one felt particularly important after some up-and-down performances lately. I feel we’ve found a good balance that will help us in the tighter battles,” he added.
Marc Márquez Joins the Ducati Camp
