Watch Steph, Tatum, Booker golf together in Abu Dhabi
It is generally typical for Steph Curry to spend the NBA offseason on a fairway.
Yet, a large number of miles from home in Abu Dhabi, the greens in July appeared to be a piece unique for the Champions hotshot and a portion of his Group USA colleagues this time around.
After the U.S Men’s B-ball Group showed up in Abu Dhabi on Friday for its presentation matchups in the UAE before the Paris Olympics, Curry, Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum and Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker utilized a portion of their spare energy to raise a ruckus around town together Saturday.
Curry couldn’t take part in the current year’s American Century Title, the big name golf competition he won last year, due to addressing his country in the Paris Olympics this late spring.
However, the golf-darling actually figured out how to rehearse his swing.
“Simply spending time with my companions,” Curry said when asked what his main thing is about golf. “My playing golf amigos. D Book, JT over here. We’re living it up in Abu Dhabi. It’s an incredible method for de-pressurizing after training.”
Booker couldn’t resist the opportunity to concur.
“Better believe it, what he said,” Booker shouted.
The threesome will have a chance to blend golf and ball before its only spotlight will focus on bands as Group USA eyes Gold against the players on the planet.
